What will you do to get my home sold?
In this market, anyone can put your home in the MLS and get offers. However it’s what happens when your home is getting offers and what happens after your home goes under contract with a buyer that is so important! HERE is a copy of my marketing plan.
How long will it take to sell my home?
Pricing your home correctly is still key, even in this market. Buyers are smart and if a home is overpriced, they know it! If your home is priced correctly, it could only be on the market for 3-5 days and have multiple offers above asking. The under contract to closing process takes 30 days unless your buyer is paying cash. However, if you need more time to move out of your home, buyers are allowing 30-60 day rent backs after closing. Sometimes those are free!

How much do you charge?
Typically commission is paid to both the Listing Agent and the Buyers Agent unless I find the buyer of your home too. I have several commission structures and would be happy to discuss that with you further in our meeting or if you email me HERE.
